Quotation of works which hasn’t been accepted: If you have asked us to quote for work, we will collect any data required to produce your quotation. We will keep your quotation for 1 year; if the works haven’t been accepted with 1 year, the quotation will be deleted.

Quotation of works which has been accepted: Any work that has been accepted will be kept, unless requested by the customer to be deleted.

Completed work not requiring a quotation: We will keep the history of any work completed, unless requested by the customer to be deleted. Example include servicing, repairs and other requests.
